We at Lord’s Auto are looking for a Tele Caller to contribute to the sales of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and closing the sales deal over calls. A successful Tele Caller representative must be excellent at communication and must have superior people skills. They should also be comfortable and agreeable to represent the product or services over calls and resolve clients’ complaints and queries. In this role, you have to contribute to the company’s growth by bringing in customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Proactive approach Required.
- Age : 20+
- Eligibility: 12th
- Experience : Fresher to 2 year experience.
- Gender Female candidates only.
- Job Type : Full Time
Location: Thane Wagle Estate (However; candidates should come for an interview at the head office at Goregaon East)
Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Both in-bound and out-bound calls
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Timely completion and adherence is a must.
