Commercial Executive

Location : Goregaon, Mumbai

  • Advance knowledge of Ms office specially Excel formula, pivot, charts, diagrams, graphs etc.
  • Good in MIS with in depth knowledge
  • Should be working with and reporting to Operations and Commercial Head
  • Vendor development, performance evaluation, negotiation
  • Issuance of purchase order after taking approval with all terms and conditions from commercial and operations head, CEO and other stake holders
  • Agreements closure with vendors timely follow up with vendors for delivery of material as per PO, processing their payments
  • Coordination with CEO, operations head, accounts and plant people for meeting their timely requirements through existing vendors and new vendors development to maintain supply and demand to continue production
  • Basic knowledge of transportation
  • Should be well versed with government taxation
  • Should have hands on Tally
  • Good in communication both in written and verbal
  • Flexible to work for late hours or after office hours including holidays if need be as it’s a start-up
  • Timely completion and adherence is a must
  • Should travel to our plants as an when required (Silvassa)
  • Proactive approach Required
