In a groundbreaking initiative set to transform one of Mumbai’s most beloved institutions, IIFL Foundation and Waatavaran Foundation proudly came together to electrify the Mumbai Dabbawalas fleet. The Electric Bike Distribution Ceremony for Mumbai’s Dabbawalas was conducted on September 23, 2024, at 4:30 PM at Navprabhat Chambers, Dadar West. The event was presided over by Mr. Minesh Pimple, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, (Dept. of Environment and Climate Change), BMC, Mumbai.
