International Orders:

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Orders will be shipped within a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 8 days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. The delivery of the shipment is subject to the norms of the respective courier company and postal authorities. Please note that Lord’s Automative Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the specified timeframe.

Domestic Orders:

Ltd. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or post office authorities.

Delivery Address:

The delivery of our products will be confirmed via email on the mail ID specified during the registration process. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with relevant tracking information, if applicable.
